These terms cover your use of velnobris.com. The site is run by Velnobris, the operator of velnobris.com, and "we", "us" and "our" below mean Velnobris. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please close the page and don't use the site.
Who may use the site
Velnobris is for adults aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, you must not use the site. The age check that appears on your first visit asks you to confirm your age; by pressing "I'm 18 or over" you are telling us that this is true.
The site is written for visitors in the United Kingdom, but it can be opened from elsewhere. Wherever you are, you are responsible for making sure that using a site like this one is allowed under the law that applies to you.
What the site is
Velnobris is a free social casino. It shows four demo slots made by Pragmatic Play, each on its own page, inside a frame that loads the provider's demo build from the provider's own server. Nothing on the site costs money. There are no real-money games, no purchases of any kind, no prizes and no accounts. You don't give us anything to play, and you can't take anything away when you leave.
Three statements we stand by
- The site and every game on it are intended only for an adult audience, aged 18 or over.
- Velnobris does not offer real-money gambling or any chance to win real money or prizes.
- Practising at social casino games, or doing well at them, does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Demo credits
The credits you see inside a game frame are demo credits from the provider's fun mode, shown as FUN. They are not ours and they are not yours. They have no monetary value, cannot be paid for, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or converted into money, goods or anything else of value. No purchase is ever required to use the site, and there is nothing to purchase.
Demo credits reset whenever a game frame reloads. We don't store them, we can't restore them, and a high or low balance in a demo says nothing about anything outside that demo.
Third-party games
The demo slots are made, hosted and controlled by Pragmatic Play. We embed the provider's own demo builds as they are and do not modify them. Because the games run on the provider's servers, we don't control whether a game is available, how quickly it loads, how it behaves, or whether the provider changes or withdraws it. Pragmatic Play's own terms and policies may apply to your use of the game inside the frame.
The game names, rules and features described on our pages are based on the provider's published descriptions. If something on a label card doesn't match what you see in the frame, the frame is right and we'd be grateful if you told us.
The contact form
The contact page has a short form for questions about the site, reports of demo slots that won't load, broken links and corrections. The form only sends us a message. It isn't a way into any member area and it doesn't create a profile of any kind (there are no accounts on Velnobris), it isn't a payment channel, and it is not a support service for gambling problems. If you need help with gambling, please use the independent organisations listed on our play-safe page.
Please don't send passwords, card details, ID documents or other sensitive personal information through the form or by email. We never ask for them. How we handle what you do send is explained in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only for its intended purpose: looking at the exhibits and trying the demo slots. You must not:
- try to interfere with the site, the game frames or the provider's servers, or test them for weaknesses without permission;
- use automated tools to copy large parts of the site or to send repeated messages through the form;
- send messages that are abusive, threatening, unlawful or misleading;
- present the site, its text or its artwork as your own, or suggest that we are connected with you when we are not.
Intellectual property
Game names, game content, artwork and trade marks inside the demo frames belong to Pragmatic Play or their other owners. Using them on this site doesn't give you any rights in them.
The text, layout and SVG artwork of velnobris.com, including the emblems drawn for each exhibit, belong to Velnobris. You may read, link to and print pages for your own personal use. Anything beyond that needs our written agreement first.
No warranty
The site is provided free of charge and as it is. We try to keep the pages accurate and the frames working, but we don't promise that the site or any game will always be available, free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose. Demo servers can be slow or offline, and descriptions can fall out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Velnobris is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the embedded games, including loss caused by a game being unavailable, by an error on a page, or by anything that happens inside a third-party frame. Since no money is ever paid to or through the site, there is no financial loss that could come from the demo slots themselves.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when a game is added or removed. The "Last updated" line above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute about them or about the site will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless the law where you live gives you the right to start proceedings elsewhere.
