Privacy policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data velnobris.com handles and why. The site is run by Velnobris, the operator of velnobris.com, which is responsible for the data described here. The short version: a gallery with no tills and no visitor book has very little to collect, and we've kept it that way.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message.
- Two localStorage entries. Your browser keeps a note that you've passed the age check and a note that you've seen the cookie notice. These stay on your device; we don't receive them. The cookie policy describes them in detail.
- Server logs. Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider whose servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are kept by the hosting provider for security and running the service. We don't use them to identify or profile visitors.
What we don't collect
There are no accounts on Velnobris, so there are no usernames or profiles to store. We don't take payments and hold no payment data. We don't ask for ID documents or passwords, and we never will. If you send something like that by mistake, we'll delete it.
The contact form
The form on our contact page has three fields: your name, your email and your message. We use them only to read your message and reply to it.
The form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that takes the form submission and delivers it to our mailbox by email. FormSubmit handles the data only to deliver it. Once it arrives, we keep the message for up to 12 months and then delete it, unless an ongoing conversation means we need it a little longer to answer you.
We never sell your details, share them with advertisers or use them for marketing. To ask us to delete a message you've sent, email [email protected] from the same address and we'll remove it.
Third-party demo frames
The demo slots on our game pages load inside a frame from Pragmatic Play's demo server. Inside that frame, Pragmatic Play may set its own cookies or use browser storage, and may process technical data such as your IP address and device details under its own privacy policy. We have no access to that data and don't control it. The frame only loads after you confirm you're 18 or over.
No analytics, no advertising trackers
Velnobris doesn't run analytics scripts, advertising tags, tracking pixels or social media widgets. We don't count visitors and we don't build profiles.
Legal basis
We handle contact messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us. The localStorage entries are strictly necessary for the age check and for remembering that you've seen the notice.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Children
Velnobris is for adults aged 18 and over and is not meant for anyone younger. We don't knowingly collect personal data from under-18s. If you believe a young person has sent us their details, let us know and we'll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, for example because a new service is added, we'll update this page and its "Last updated" date.
